Training Consultant / Facilitator

Role Overview

• Act in a consultative capacity to co-create organizational culture and leadership solutions
• Design and customize programs, learning paths, and learning solutions
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions using active learning methodologies and facilitation tools
• Develop and manage schedules aligned with the project, define scopes and success indicators, and be accountable for deliverables and results
• Analyze performance data to measure the impact of interventions.

Requirements

• Postgraduate specialization or MBA (completed)
• Experience in consulting, facilitation, and leadership development
• Experience in project management
• Proficiency in active learning methodologies and facilitation tools
• Strong communication skills, autonomy, and a results-oriented mindset.
