Support monitoring of import processes from purchase order through to arrival of goods at the final destination;
Check and organize import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, certificates and other required documents);
Assist with filing and monitoring processes in Siscomex, under supervision;
Act as liaison with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and international suppliers;
Track critical deadlines for shipment, arrival, customs clearance and delivery, reporting any deviations;
Assist in verifying tax classifications (NCM), applicable duties and customs regimes;
Support control of import costs (freight, insurance, fees, taxes, storage);
Update spreadsheets, internal systems and control reports;
Follow defined processes, collaborate with the team and highlight opportunities for improvement.

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, International Relations or related fields;
Basic knowledge of import processes (shipping, customs clearance and delivery);
Familiarity with import documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, etc.);
Basic understanding of customs regulations and taxes applicable to imports;
Intermediate English for reading and basic email communication;
Basic to intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office skills;
Organized, detail-oriented and committed to meeting deadlines.
