Provides training and technical support for users
Operates systems in the field and troubleshoots complex RF issues

Acts as a forward technical face to the customer
Conducts technical analysis of product implementations and modifications
Recommends technical solutions and actions for product success

Delivers technical training to customers and stakeholders
Requirements
5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience
3–8+ years in RF/EW, avionics, SIGINT/ESM/ECM/EA, EW test or field maintenance; or equivalent military maintainer background
Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzer, signal generator, VNA), basic bench tools, and diagnostic software
Comfort with Linux/Windows for loading mission data, drivers, and scripts; basic IP networking (switching, VLANs, DHCP, routing)
Strong technical writing and customer-facing communication; able to teach/brief diverse audiences
Self-motivated and driven desire to succeed with minimal direction
Ability to: Work both in a team and individually
Multi-task and work well under pressure
Lift 50 lbs, work on flightline/shipboard or tactical platforms, and comply with site safety requirements
