Independently prepare proposals and lead complex pursuit processes

5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or consultative selling
Proven track record managing complex, customized sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
Strong expertise in the manufacturing industry with a proven C-level network in Upper Austria and across Austria
Experience creating proposals, presentations, and acquiring new clients
Ability to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data (e.g., HubSpot or similar CRM tools)
Solid understanding of emerging technologies (Cloud, AI/ML, data platforms, software engineering)
Ability to translate technical challenges into business value
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
