Responsibilities:
- You’ll take inbound opportunities from first touch to close, owning the full sales cycle and turning demand into revenue
- Manage and close high-intent inbound leads
- Run structured discovery, demos, and proposals
- Drive deals through a ~30-day sales cycle
- Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting
- Consistently hit and exceed quota
- Respond quickly and effectively to inbound inquiries
- Qualify opportunities and control the sales process
- Run compelling product demos tailored to the customer
- Navigate stakeholders (property managers, owners, operators)
- Build urgency and drive clean, fast closes
- Handle objections and position value over price
- Maintain clean CRM discipline
- Accurately forecast and manage deal progression
- Prioritize high-probability opportunities
