Formulary Operations Management Professional 2

Role Overview

• Provides clinical and operational leadership for build, maintenance, submission, and updating of formularies and drug lists
• Ensures accuracy of formularies and utilization management (UM) criteria in the Centralized Formulary System
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, and other departments to operationalize formularies
• Perform formulary analysis to ensure operational flow
• Develop measurements and plans to improve overall process improvements and efficiency
• Create formulary management process and training documentation
• Understand department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Less than 5 years of technical experience
• Prior demonstrated experience with process improvement or process design and implementation roles
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Visio, Excel and Access
• Handle change in a fast paced environment
