Product Operations Coordination – Insurance

Role Overview

• Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams;
• Responsible for contributing to employee development, encouraging ownership of their career paths;
• Drive business generation and insurance-focused solutions by aligning with the institution's strategy;
• Monitor market trends and best practices to advance our OKRs;
• Operational health: Work with indicators and metrics, turning them into actionable information for decision-making.

Requirements

• Completed postgraduate degree;
• Knowledge of products and services;
• Strategic vision and data-driven decision making;
• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies;
• Experience in customer-facing/service roles;
• Experience or knowledge in AI, automation and cognitive technologies is a plus.
