About this role
Role Overview
Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams;
Responsible for contributing to employee development, encouraging ownership of their career paths;
Drive business generation and insurance-focused solutions by aligning with the institution's strategy;
Monitor market trends and best practices to advance our OKRs;
Operational health: Work with indicators and metrics, turning them into actionable information for decision-making.
Requirements
Completed postgraduate degree;
Knowledge of products and services;
Strategic vision and data-driven decision making;
Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies;
Experience in customer-facing/service roles;
Experience or knowledge in AI, automation and cognitive technologies is a plus.
