Define the product vision and strategy in partnership with Technology, GPM and Business, based on Sicredi's objectives, the real needs of Central Offices and Cooperatives, market trends, regulatory requirements and the product's technical gaps;
Communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring clarity and stakeholder engagement at all levels;
Build, share and review the product roadmap in collaboration with other disciplines, reconciling business needs, technological aspects, technical debt, maintenance/support, regulatory requirements and execution capacity, aligning with Engineering and basing decisions on data/results;
Prioritize, reprioritize and discard initiatives based on clear value criteria, understanding global priorities beyond your product and respecting Engineering capacity constraints and the product's technical gaps; additionally, broadly communicate changes in those priorities and their reasons to maintain alignment with internal and external stakeholders;
Manage the product lifecycle end-to-end, from conception to evolution and eventual decommissioning or divestment, creating bets to ensure competitiveness, effectiveness and efficiency at each stage;
Manage communication and relationships with stakeholders, maintaining frequent dialogue to align expectations, gather feedback and ensure their needs are considered;
Assume accountability for product results, including its health (operations and maintenance/support), and validate whether the expected outcome from each initiative was achieved, i.e., collect results in a timely manner after deployment to production;
Conduct the discovery process (continuous and ad hoc) and upstream activities, using research, experimentation and data analysis techniques to identify opportunities, validate hypotheses and ensure initiatives meet the expectations of Central Offices, Cooperatives, Members and other stakeholders;
Orchestrate collaboration in Upstream, involving team roles (Business Analysts, Designers, Solution Architects, Tech Leads and other technical references in Software and Quality) in a timely manner so these roles can contribute quality to initiatives, ensuring diversity of perspectives and robustness in definitions.
Requirements
Experience with consumer credit products (individual lending);
Knowledge of product development workflows and agile methodologies;
Ability to connect technical aspects of the product to revenue potential and business strategy for the segment;
Knowledge of process mapping;
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields.
