Requirements
- Thoughtful, strategic product leader
- Deep, hands-on experience with advertising products
- Strong understanding of auction mechanics
- Ability to balance short-term revenue optimization and long-term user trust
- Track record of shipping ad products that feel native
- Experience with revenue-generating products backed by clear business metrics
- Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives
- Familiarity with consumer marketplaces or local discovery preferred
- A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
