About this role
Role Overview
Support the project management process and assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of operational projects.
Work closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate project activities, track progress, prepare reports, manage project documentation, and assist with problem-solving.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical discipline required.
2+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering, design, or construction.
Exposure to public infrastructure projects such as aviation, transportation, water, or civic buildings is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage small projects or components of larger programs independently.
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera P6, or other scheduling platforms.
Familiarity with project controls tools and techniques, including budgeting and forecasting.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project lifecycle phases, and delivery methods (DBB, CMAR, or Design-Build).
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
PMP, CCM, or similar certification in progress or desired.
On-site presence is required several days per week.
Requires travel to local project sites weekly.
