Drives the forecasting process by analyzing trends within the businesses and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Communicates and drives adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the organization's financial goals and policies.
Ensures strong business controls.
Provides highly innovative solutions and mentoring to lower level employees.

First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) strongly preferred.
Typically 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.
Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.
Excellent communication skills, thought leadership, and business acumen working directly with L2, senior and executive level leadership teams.
Great understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
