Design and develop secure, scalable, and modular solutions that enable automation and process optimization.
Build and maintain workflow-driven systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Develop proofs of concept (POCs) to test new technologies and validate automation approaches.
Ensure all designs comply with Zero Trust principles, secure identity management, and data protection standards.
Engineering excellence by defining best practices, standard frameworks, and governance models aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
Partner with business, data, platform and client teams to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions.
Produce and maintain solution documentation, including technical designs and operational procedures.
Maintain compliance with enterprise security and governance standards (SOC 2, GDPR, RBAC).
Apply AI and GenAI capabilities to enhance automation, analytics, and decision-support workflows.
Integrate data-driven intelligence into automation solutions to support smarter decision-making.
Apply AI risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894) to ensure responsible and transparent use of automation.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in integration engineering, integration, system architecture, and enterprise system delivery.
Proven ability to identify and develop integration requirements by analysing business processes and needs.
Expertise in designing and implementing scalable solutions.
Have a design-led development approach, emphasizing upfront solution architecture, technical design documentation, and alignment with enterprise standards.
Hands-on experience with Azure integration stack (Function App, Logic App, APIM, Service Bus, etc.) for secure and connected systems.
Proficiency in .NET, C#, SQL and with experience developing REST APIs and backend services.
Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture and secure design principles for identity, access, and data protection.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps, Github practices for solution deployment and maintenance.
Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Bicep for automated and repeatable environment provisioning.
Strong practical interest and familiarity with GenAI technologies (e.g., Azure OpenAI, LLMs) and a proven appetite for quickly learning and applying new AI capabilities to business problems.
Awareness of AI risk management frameworks (e.g., NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 23894) and responsible technology use.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design, troubleshoot, and optimize distributed systems.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across business, architecture, and platform teams.
Demonstrated history of upskilling and adapting to new technology trends (e.g., certifications, personal projects, or contributions in nascent technology areas).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Certified for Azure integration, DevOps and/or AI.
