Role Overview
- Understand the contexts and needs, develop the architecture and lead the Solution Orientation Review
- Design the solution: lead the SRR (Solution Requirements Review) and the SFR (Solution Functional Review)
- Develop the solution: lead the PDR (Preliminary Design Review for the Solution)
- Integrate and verify the solution in a later phase: lead the TRR (Solution Test Readiness Review)
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or university with specialization in complex systems engineering
- Experience in the requirements analysis phase, system specification through to integration/verification/qualification
- Cross-functional management of engineering teams in guided munitions or complex real-time embedded architectures
- Knowledge of DDQS processes
