Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder priorities.
Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Collaborate with QA teams to define and review test cases, perform testing validations, and support UAT.
Provide functional guidance and user support for enterprise platforms.
Drive enhancements related to document storage, workflow automation, and system integrations.
Support initiatives leveraging Gen AI to improve product functionality and business processes.
Ensure product solutions meet compliance, scalability, and usability standards.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role.
Proven experience translating business needs into product requirements.
Strong expertise in:
o Writing business requirements and technical specifications
o Developing user stories and use cases
o Backlog management and prioritization
Hands on experience with Hyland OnBase.
Experience with Seismic (Sales Enablement Platform).
Experience with testing activities, including test case creation, validations, and UAT support.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
Experience supporting enterprise applications and end users.
Familiarity with document management and document storage systems.
Knowledge of Gen AI concepts and applied use cases in product development.
