Supervisor, Supply Instrumentation and Regulation, Gas

Role Overview

• Plans, coordinates, and provides overall supervision to Instrumentation and Regulation personnel
• Ensures achievement of goals and objectives consistent with the Company direction
• Provides supervision, communication, and direction for the respective area workforce
• Plans, schedules, and coordinates work assignments related to pressure management
• Supervises area instrumentation and regulation activities in accordance with state, federal and industry codes
• Responsible for standardization of work practices and procedures across the Company
• Develops and implements employee safety programs
• Conducts technical OJT and Vendor training programs for field personnel
• Administers the agreement between the Company and the Union
• Administers the Company’s natural gas odorization programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent experience
• 5-10 years related experience
• high degree of technical knowledge in Instrumentation and Regulation equipment
• thorough understanding of Instrumentation and Regulation field operations
• complete knowledge of Company work practices and procedures
• superior organizational project planning and communication skills
• familiarity with computer operations
• ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel)
• thorough knowledge of the Company-Union agreement
• valid Driver’s License
