Role Overview
- Engage with members via phone, email, or chat to answer questions about their loan, clarify application details, and offer miscellaneous support.
- Provide exceptional service to members by guiding them through financing options tailored to their needs.
- Assist members with submitting various types of documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Review loan applications to assess eligibility with integrity and accuracy.
Requirements
- 1+ years of customer service and/or back-office experience; lending or financial services preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Proficient in using computers and able to quickly navigate multiple programs, type with precision, and efficiently research/browse information.
- Comfortable working with both customer-facing and operational tasks.
