Leads the administration of CSBB incentive compensation programs.
Manages incentive operations from plan setup through payout.
Oversees teams responsible for incentive calculations, validation, approvals, and payment cycles.
Partners with Lines of Business, technology, and project teams to coordinate system changes.
Establishes priorities, monitors workloads and cycle readiness, and provides leadership direction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience.
Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in HR operations or related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and employment practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to take ownership of outcomes, influence others, and drive work forward in a collaborative environment.
Hands‑on experience with automated incentive compensation systems (e.g., Varicent, Motivator, or similar), including payout calculations, data validation, and production cycles.
Strong business partnership and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, understand business drivers, and provide practical guidance on incentive plan administration and effectiveness.
Proven ability to execute in a controlled environment, including developing repeatable processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with audit, governance, and regulatory requirements.
