Lead business development activities for LHX Processing and Data Storage solutions within the Military Avionics business division.
Responsible for shaping and leading customer interactions, strategy development, business development, market assessments, business case development, pipeline growth, and account management.
Develop, refine and update business cases.
Develop capture plans, win strategies, and lead capture activities.
Develop and maintain competitive intelligence and competitive landscape understanding to inform business development and capture efforts.
Prepare and deliver written and oral briefs to customers and senior executives.
Manage CRM for cross-segment pursuits.
Develop strategic plans to advance business area objectives and promote revenue and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
Active Secret Security Clearance Preferred
F-35 and/or F-22 pilot experience
Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
USAF acquisitions experience such as F-35/F-22 SPO, CCA (Collaborative Combat Aircraft), SAF/AQ, ACC A5/8
USAF Weapons School Graduate and/or OT&E (Operational Test & Evaluation) experience
Competent understanding of principles and theory of electronic warfare, RF, and sensing
