Develop motivational, culture and engagement campaigns.
Create communications and manage channels such as the intranet, corporate emails, corporate TV and internal social networks;
Produce content for social media (LinkedIn, YouTube), the corporate website and external communication materials, ensuring the brand’s language and tone of voice;
Plan and execute internal events (company dates and celebrations, incentive campaigns, training) and support the organization of external events;
Write copy, produce and edit videos and images for communication materials;
Monitor campaign performance and communication and engagement indicators (KPIs), preparing performance reports;
Manage suppliers of promotional items, agencies and graphic/print materials.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related fields;
Knowledge of internal marketing (endomarketing), community management and social media monitoring tools;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Creativity, organization, proactivity and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Hands-on profile;
Availability to work onsite 3 days per week (Vila Madalena, São Paulo);
Experience in the financial market is desirable;
Knowledge of the securitization market.
