Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or related product management field
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology or equivalent
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Adept at formulating business requirements and user stories
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills in engaging and leading stakeholders
- Knowledge of market research methodologies
- Knowledge of digital product lifecycle
- Ability to collaborate with Business, Operations, and Technology teams
- Experience with data analysis tools including advanced Excel and SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with the latest AI trends and technologies is a plus
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma or Lean is an asset
- Preferred certifications include CBAP or PMP
- Familiarity with financial services industry operations and regulatory requirements
