exports, combines, refines and analyzes datasets from business applications
visualizes data using charts, graphs, and reports to summarize findings for management
analyzes datasets and information to identify operational improvement opportunities
defines improvement project requirements by interviewing stakeholders, analyzing data and processes
tracks and reports status of project actions taken to drive improvements
recommends changes and updates written policies and procedures
collaborates across multiple teams to improve operational efficiency and quality end-to-end
crafts quality professional written communications and templates.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BS) degree or equivalent professional experience
1+ years of experience managing, reforecasting, and reconciling budgets
3+ years of project management or related professional experience
Experience in data analysis, including use of Excel pivot tables, formulas, and charting
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with, or willingness to learn, business applications and databases such as ServiceNow, ScienceLogic, and Salesforce, etc.
