Monitor support tickets to ensure timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
Map process flows to identify areas for enhancement.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field AND 4 years relative field OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field AND 8 years relative field OR High School diploma or GED AND 10 years relative field
Regulatory Consultant Principal: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. AND 6 years relative field OR Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field 10 years relative field OR High School diploma or GED AND 12 years relative field
5+ years of experience as a product owner, product management, or a related role.
Desirable certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) & Project Management Professional (PMP)
Knowledge of AEP systems.
Ability to work under pressure and adhere to expedited deadlines.
Must possess analytical critical thinking skills.
