Serve as the second-in-command for DFAC operations at Al Dhafra Air Base
Provide direct leadership, operational oversight, and continuity of services
Ensure uninterrupted execution of Dining Facility (DFAC) operations
Oversee food service delivery, sanitation, equipment maintenance, and workforce management
Act on behalf of the Site Manager in their absence
Maintain mission readiness, compliance, and performance standards across all DFAC activities
Enforce safety, sanitation, and food safety compliance
Support multi-national workforce coordination and accountability
Manage staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage
Enforce compliance with PWS performance objectives
Oversee DFAC equipment maintenance and repair coordination
Monitor quality control programs and adherence to standards
Coordinate directly with stakeholders to resolve issues
Ensure timely reporting and documentation
Maintain inventory accountability and supply chain coordination
Support surge operations, special events, and contingency feeding requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain/ maintain a SECRET clearance
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in DFAC operations, food service management, or large-scale dining operations.
Demonstrated experience in supervisory or leadership roles within food service or contingency environments.
Experience managing high-volume meal production and service operations.
Strong knowledge of: Food safety and sanitation standards
DFAC operations and customer service delivery
Workforce management and scheduling
Ability to lead and manage multi-cultural workforce (USN, LN, OCN personnel).
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
