Requirements
Proven experience as a partner to senior leadership teams, ideally within a global SaaS environment. Preferably supporting Product and Technology teams.
Deep understanding of varied HR disciplines is essential, including employee relations, performance management, and employment legislation.
Ability to pull data and translate it into actionable strategic recommendations and help leaders make informed people decisions.
Natural curiosity for AI allowing you to share ideas on how to shift from transactional tasks to high-impact strategic initiatives.
Resilience and adaptability needed to build and improve programs from the ground up in an evolving organisation.
Strong business acumen and the confidence to challenge senior stakeholders
