About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for Logistics Category Management across Western and Central Europe (WCE).
Support Kimberly‑Clark’s logistics purchasing activities in the region.
Report to the Global Logistics Procurement Director as an individual contributor.
Ensure company requirements for category are fulfilled with optimum quality, service and total cost of ownership.
Manage communications between Kimberly-Clark suppliers and internal business partners to meet ongoing needs.
Develop and maintain expertise on vendor selection, relationships, and negotiation.
Maintain close relationships with key business partners to develop relevant category strategies.
Operate with an end-to-end Supply Chain mindset to enhance brand equity and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in Procurement, Logistics and/or Supply Chain within a complex business environment
Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to influence effectively with and without authority across internal and external partners
Proven experience operating in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, global and culturally diverse environments
Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a clear results‑driven mindset
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with demonstrated problem‑solving experience to reduce total cost and improve processes
Prior experience within the relevant logistics category area is a strong advantage
Fluent in English.
