Manage programs related to workforce development that may include one or more of the following: internships, Career Ambassadors, Project SEARCH, etc.
Design, develop, facilitate, and lead the implementation of identified workforce development strategies.
Assess project specific needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers, vendors, or colleagues.
Recommend, utilize, and implement workforce development solutions organization-wide.
Develop and implement metrics and tracking mechanisms to build accountability, measure results, and optimize the impact of the Workforce Development function.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Workforce Development, Human Resources, Community Outreach or related work with an emphasis on program management
Proven experience in cultivating partnerships
Must be able to manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines
Exceptional project management skills
Experience designing and managing workforce development programs
Experience and proven results with program evaluation
Demonstrated ability to educate a wide range of audiences using varied modalities
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills with ability to create buy-in and build credibility with leadership
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record of effectiveness as a team player and project leader who gets results through people and processes
Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
