Manage and support a portfolio of national key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact across multiple internal teams
Develop a strong understanding of national account partners, including their business models and value propositions
Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Data Management, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations as a strategic partner
Lead contract negotiations and oversee pricing and program implementation throughout the year, including during product launches
Identify areas of opportunity within key accounts and focus on the needs to develop programs to achieve sales targets
Perform Monthly meetings with each national key account and buying group. Evaluate performance to target, effectiveness of plan, and modify plan and targets as appropriate
Facilitate relationships with the national account field team and our internal sales/ marketing teams.
Manage administrative and operation daily needs of the groups and field team within the national account business segment.
Requirements
Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) and/or MBA or equivalent advanced degrees preferred
Must be available for up to 65% travel across the United States
Must have hearing aid industry experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and/or business development, demonstrating a proven track record of results.
