Design and implement end‑state Global Business Services (GBS) and operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations, including process architecture, governance, service catalogs, organizational structures, and global delivery models (captive, outsourced, hybrid)
Assess organizational and process maturity and develop transformation roadmaps aligned to enterprise strategy, value levers, and business outcomes
Lead large‑scale, multi‑process transformation programs, integrating automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and intelligent workflow platforms to drive efficiency, scalability, and service excellence
Establish enterprise service management and performance frameworks, including SLAs/OLAs, KPI hierarchies, dashboards, financial and operational reporting, and continuous improvement mechanisms
Drive transitions, migrations, and operational readiness across global delivery networks, including change management, knowledge transfer, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
Partner with technology and digital teams to embed data platforms, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics into core GBS and finance operations
Serve as a trusted advisor on complex finance and operational transformation engagements, including outsourced CFO/Controllership, Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, FP&A, and Financial Reporting
Design and deliver future‑state finance processes and data models, including financial consolidation, close acceleration, chart of accounts design, planning/budgeting/forecasting, and enterprise financial intelligence (e.g. AI)
Lead client engagements, from executive workshops and assessments through proposal development, transition, execution, and steady state operations
Direct and develop cross‑functional consulting teams, managing day‑to‑day delivery, quality, timelines, and client satisfaction across global stakeholders
Develop scalable dashboards, data models, and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx to support operational, financial, and strategic insights
A key leader in practice growth and go‑to‑market efforts, including managed services pursuits, thought leadership, reusable assets, sector‑specific offerings, and representation at executive forums and industry events
Mentor and develop junior and mid‑level team members, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture across global teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or related field (Master’s preferred)
CPA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certifications strongly preferred
Ten (10)+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, GBS, or management consulting with demonstrated leadership in operating model and process transformation
Proven expertise advising global organizations on GBS, shared services, outsourcing, and target operating model design, including BPO selection, contracting, transition, and performance management
Knowledge of Finance systems tools that includes ERP's, AI and FP&A tools
Deep knowledge & demonstrated design through execution and process improvement & standardization Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay, Order‑to‑Cash, FP&A, and Financial Reporting
Strong consulting and delivery experience leading complex, multi‑stakeholder transformations across captive and outsourced environments
Experience working with Private Equity companies and their portfolio companies is plus
Expert‑level proficiency in Power BI; strong working knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, and similar analytics tools
Advanced project and program management capabilities, including planning, risk management, executive reporting, and governance
Extensive experience designing data, reporting, and chart‑of‑accounts structures to enhance insight, decision support, and performance management
Strong executive presence with the ability to translate complex operational and financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leaders
Proven ability to build and sustain senior client relationships, support sales and proposal efforts, and influence strategic decision‑making.
