Coordinate and facilitate engaging training events rooted in adult-learning principles and aligned with strategic direction and evolving business needs
Deliver onboarding and ongoing training that builds product and clinical knowledge, strengthens selling skills and talk tracks, reinforces sales processes, enhances soft skills, drives effective use of systems and tools, and promotes consistent field execution
Ensure training content is delivered consistently and aligned with established training programs, curricula, learning paths, sales methodologies, and organizational standards
Organize and deliver engaging training experiences that support effective new hire onboarding and accelerate time to productivity
Communicate pre-work expectations, bridge assignments, and follow-up guidance to learners throughout the new hire and continuous learning training cycles
Develop course curricula, workshops, and learning materials
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Leadership, and other internal and external thought leaders to maintain clinically accurate, compliant, and strategy-aligned training
Support content updates, including product knowledge, sales process reinforcement, and field-relevant tools or resources
Provide support for Sales LMS administration including co-managing enrollments, learning paths, assignments, completions, certifications, and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Business, Life Sciences, or related field
5 Years Required Medical Device/Technology Sales
2 Years Preferred Developing and Delivering Sales Training
Polished and strong public speaking skills
Demonstrated success in sales training and development
Demonstrated expertise in selling process and sales skills
Strong understanding of sales cycles and sales productivity expectations
Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
