Managing a team of Sales Managers to drive the achievement of sales targets through the allocation of territories and targets resulting in outstanding sales performance
Flawless execution of sales initiatives, activities and programs to meet sales revenue and strategy
Fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on operational excellence
Identifying market and client needs related to Managed Services/Services in the region and/or country
Driving the regional development of the Group Services Product, Managed Services/Services portfolio vision and roadmap
Increasing region’s adoption to global services, standards, and service architectures
Acting as the interface between region GTM Sales Directors, Client Partners in the country, and region Product Development teams
Owning Managed Services/Services profit and loss, including revenue and operating profit and related TCV GP of Managed Services/Services bookings
Coordinating the activities of sales teams, setting and measuring performance targets
Assisting teams to deliver the best business outcome, ensuring a favorable price and protecting margins
Planning and organizing multiple work outputs by assigning priorities and continuously reviewing objectives and goals
Setting aggressive account strategies for regional accounts and supporting them to exploit all opportunities within this client base
Providing assistance and coaching to their teams in order to drive the execution of the strategy across the segments they are responsible for
Executing the sales strategy by making decisions that influence people, process and technology
Requirements
Significant knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
Significant knowledge base on industry verticals as well as Managed Services/Services solutions
Significant management and leadership skills and ability to think at a strategy level
Excellent written and oral communication abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders at a senior leadership level
Significant business and financial acumen, with the demonstrable ability to perform cost benefit analysis and manage the budget of a team
Political savvy with significant business negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution abilities
Demonstrate excellent presentation skills, innovative and have a formidable client orientation aptitude
Significant knowledge in services industry, service delivery models, process improvements, consumption models and multiple Managed Services/Services portfolios offers and GTM solution areas
Significant knowledge in core Managed Service portfolio offers artefacts, techniques, demos, tools and deliverables
Significant knowledge of SAFe/Scrum/Agile methodology (scale agile framework enterprise)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or marketing or a related field
Certification and working knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Integration preferred
Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP) preferred
Significant experience with and understanding of the deliverables and value proposition of Managed Services within a product marketing context
Significant experience in coordinating sales individuals within a similar industry, dealing with Managed Services portfolio of services
Significant client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
Significant experience in relevant services and products and understanding of industry best practices
