Lead the audit, cleaning, and consolidation of partner migration data, including commercials, contracts, content, and product information to ensure fully accurate, lossless migration across networks.
Design and prepare structured batch upload files and support execution within Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Define and maintain mappings between Network A and Network B to ensure consistency and integrity across systems.
Develop and localize network-specific content and operational assets required for successful partner activation in the new environment.
Support the design and continuous improvement of migration and onboarding journeys, identifying friction points from notice to first transaction.
Identify stalled states and coordinate proactive outreach through PMH agents to re-engage partners and unblock migration progress.
Build dashboards, deliver insights, and collaborate across PMI, Partner Ops, Integrations, Value Management, and Partnerships teams.

Requirements
2–5 years in Operations, CX Ops, Finance Ops, RevOps, or analytical roles in fast-paced environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and CRM data structures.
Confident using pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis techniques.
Ability to translate complex datasets into operational actions and insights.
Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Able to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
Strong understanding of sales cycles, partner journeys, and operational processes.
English is mandatory; additional languages (German, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.
Experience in multi-sided platforms (e.g., Uber, Rappi, iFood) is highly valued.
