Develop and manage rebuild and repair service offerings across the business

Create and execute go‑to‑market plans for repair and lifecycle service offerings
Support sales and service teams with clear value propositions and market positioning
Monitor market performance and refine offerings to support growth
Requirements
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing or Engineering
Proven experience within heavy equipment, industrial services or asset‑intensive industries (Caterpillar experience advantageous but not essential)
Experience in a sales, marketing or market management role
Demonstrated capability in technical marketing and market strategy development
Experience building and managing market or business development models
