About this role
Role Overview
You answer questions from our French-speaking customers by phone in a friendly, professional and solution-oriented manner.
You handle customer requests by email, clarify issues and ensure proper follow-up.
You take part in online meetings with prospective customers, help explain our product and answer questions.
You help maintain a clear overview of requests, feedback and ongoing topics, and contribute to improving our processes.
When there is a more technical issue, you escalate it internally and help surface important customer feedback.
Requirements
Languages: Native-level French; German or English at least B2, ideally C1
You enjoy interacting with people and instinctively look for a solution instead of saying "that's not possible"
You are organized, reliable, and able to work independently
You don't need to be an expert, but you should be eager to understand what we do.
