About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for bringing our digital tech strategy to life through technology and digital capabilities
Accountable for overall success of the digital tech portfolio
Trusted advisor for the Head of Customer Experience
Develop, create and communicate strategic objectives supported by technical actions
Manage all aspects of budget planning, forecasting, accruals, invoice payment and reconciliation
Responsible for influencing and managing teams and parties to drive delivery aligned with digital strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or comparable focus
10 years or more of experience implementing and evolving digital enterprise products
Strong understanding of how Digital Technology is leveraged for external and internal customers
Experience developing capabilities consuming APIs and micro services
Good understanding of Cloud, AI/ML, Robotics, AR/VR and other emerging technology
Project Management experience, including estimating and forecasting, budget and financial management as well as resource management
