You will support the communications team responsible for internal communications and the organization of B2B activities.
You will be involved in planning and executing all activities related to this responsibility, from administrative tasks and creating presentations to organizing events in cooperation with the event manager, and writing and publishing internal articles on Veepee’s intranet.
You will maintain an overview of all planned activities and their associated budgets, ensuring related files are kept up to date.
You will prepare the presentations that summarize our activities for headquarters. This includes managing photo assets from events and tracking results against KPIs.
You will write and publish articles about our internal activities and manage the content calendar.
At both internal and external events, you will assist the event manager with various practical tasks defined per event.
Requirements
Professional command of English, both spoken and written.
Knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
Familiarity with Belgian culture.
Accurate and able to work independently.
Proficient with Google tools (Google Workspace) and related applications.
Strong writing skills and an interest in creating content.
Enjoy working on a variety of tasks.
Highly creative when developing new concepts.
Availability for a minimum of 4 months, starting September 2026.
