About this role
Role Overview
Take ownership of your projects and, together with the team, manage our customer relationships in day-to-day operations and project work
Work hands-on to manage projects, optimize processes, and resolve client challenges
Use your analytical mindset to identify key pain points in internal and external projects and processes, and develop appropriate solutions
Plan and manage strategic projects that are critical to our European market expansion together with the team
Translate customer needs into new product development opportunities in collaboration with the team and product management
Contribute your own ideas to further develop our services and offerings based on your understanding of customer needs
Requirements
Completed bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, computer science/software, or a comparable qualification with very good references
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B, consulting, or a related field
Consulting and project management background is a strong asset
Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
Fluent written and verbal English and German
Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently in a professional and efficient manner
Self-starter mentality: you proactively identify and address tasks and problems and seek support from the team when needed
Hands-on approach and an open mindset, with the willingness to go the extra mile
