Project Manager

Embrace Software Inc is a pioneering legal technology solutions provider within the Embrace portfolio of companies. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects across portfolio companies, ensuring project success from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee the execution of project plans, track progress, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget
• Monitor project performance and address any issues or changes proactively
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and effective utilization of resources
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate regular updates and status reports to clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate product implementation and onboarding projects for law firms and collection agencies, ensuring smooth transitions and high client satisfaction
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them
• Proactively manage and resolve issues that may impact project success
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations
• Provide detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage internal projects related to driving efficiency for the Customer Success, Operations, and Sales teams

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices including Agile, Scrum and SAFE
• Fluent with project management software and tools like JIRA, Confluence etc
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and navigate challenges effectively
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
• Experience with legal fintech applications — such as collections management software, legal case management systems, compliance platforms, or payment processing tools — is a strong added advantage
