Embrace Software Inc is a pioneering legal technology solutions provider within the Embrace portfolio of companies. They are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects across portfolio companies, ensuring project success from initiation to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee the execution of project plans, track progress, and ensure that deliverables are met on time and within budget
- Monitor project performance and address any issues or changes proactively
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and effective utilization of resources
- Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate regular updates and status reports to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate product implementation and onboarding projects for law firms and collection agencies, ensuring smooth transitions and high client satisfaction
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them
- Proactively manage and resolve issues that may impact project success
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations
- Provide detailed reports to stakeholders and senior management
- Manage internal projects related to driving efficiency for the Customer Success, Operations, and Sales teams
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices including Agile, Scrum and SAFE
- Fluent with project management software and tools like JIRA, Confluence etc
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and navigate challenges effectively
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
- Experience with legal fintech applications — such as collections management software, legal case management systems, compliance platforms, or payment processing tools — is a strong added advantage
