Role Overview
Lead, coach, and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and growth.
Make resourcing and hiring decisions to build and sustain a high-performing team, aligned with strategic priorities.
Build strong partnerships across the organization, collaborating with product, technology, process, program, and learning teams to drive alignment and uncover new opportunities to work better together.
Lead the creation of training plans, learning materials, and communications that are clear, well-organized, drive understanding and engagement, and are aligned with industry standards — delivering with minimal oversight.
Facilitate both in‑person and virtual training sessions, tailoring your approach to different audiences.
Design how the team measures training effectiveness and drive the path forward to improve deployment strategies, leveraging data and feedback.
Manage multiple complex projects at once, staying resilient, proactive, and solution‑oriented even when challenges arise.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in training, deployment, project/program management, change management, or business process improvement
3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and team development
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced, complex and ambiguous environment
Expertise in adult learning principles, instructional design, and sustainment methodologies
Strong experience developing and delivering training content across multiple formats (in-person, virtual, e-learning)
Proven ability to drive change at scale through training and deployment strategies, with the strategic mindset to connect team work to broader business goals
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical information into simple, actionable steps — and coach others to do the same
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
Preference for: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience and Change Management certification.
