About this role

Lead the delivery of talent and leadership development programs, including graduate schemes and fast-track initiatives.
Facilitate people reviews, succession planning, and career conversations for key employee populations.
Manage assessment centers, oversee follow-up development plans, and coordinate talent committee activities.
Oversee digital learning platforms and promote adoption of innovative learning methodologies.
Monitor and analyze program effectiveness, report outcomes, and recommend improvements.
Support performance management, recognition programs, and internal mobility initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Group policies and standards.
Coach and mentor members of the talent development team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and regional teams to address talent needs.
Champion a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

10–15 years’ experience in talent and leadership development within large, global organizations.
Master’s degree required.
Proven track record in succession planning, developing high potentials, and engaging senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, facilitation, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Fluent English required.
Certifications in coaching and assessment (e.g., SHL, Hogan, Thomas) are an advantage.
