Preparation of various financial/cash-flow models
Drafting contractual documentation (share purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, etc.)
Operational implementation of transactions
You contribute to the preparation and development of investor reporting
You assist in investor sourcing and investor outreach

You are studying Economics or Finance & Accounting
You are enthusiastic about Excel, Word and PowerPoint
You are interested in the renewable energy sector/investments and may already have gained initial experience in one of these areas
You are a team player and enjoy direct collaboration
