Handle administrative tasks related to time tracking, vacation and sickness management
Serve as the primary contact for all personnel-related matters from hiring to exit
Manage recruiting as well as conduct onboarding and offboarding of new employees
Contribute to and develop the areas of employee development and employer branding
Build and optimize processes along the employee journey
Requirements
A commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree in Human Resources or a related field, ideally with relevant professional experience in HR
Knowledge of tax, social security and employment law
Proficient in common HR software applications
Strong IT skills and digital competence
Reliable and independent working style, with strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent written and spoken German
Flexible, open-minded attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to shaping the organization
