Role Overview
Support the Regional Marketing Manager in executing local marketing strategies for new store openings, from early market research through post-opening initiatives
Conduct market research and community outreach to identify local partners and organizations that support successful launches
Plan and execute grand opening activations, sampling programs, and community marketing initiatives
Partner with brand marketing, operations, training, and culinary teams to coordinate store launches
Create and execute local marketing plans and tactics in partnership with the broader Marketing team
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, residential buildings, fitness studios, hotels, and community organizations
Identify and execute partnerships, co-promotions, and community activations that expand brand reach
Manage promotional assets, marketing materials, and activation supplies
Track budgets, campaign performance, and share insights to inform future strategy
Requirements
3 + years of experience in field marketing, brand activation, community marketing, partnerships, or related roles
Experience supporting new store openings or launch marketing initiatives preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
Experience collaborating across marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams
Must reside within the assigned market and travel locally for events and partnerships
Reliable transportation required for field marketing activities
Ability to lift event materials (up to ~50 lbs) and support several hours of in-person activations
Authorized to work in the United States
