About this role

Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Functional Consultants, and QA
Act as a servant leader and coach to Agile teams
Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team progress
Coordinate cross-team dependencies and manage stakeholder communication
Monitor team metrics and provide reporting to management and stakeholders
Support capacity planning and sprint forecasting
Assist in Oracle ERP Cloud releases and deployment coordination
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance among distributed teams

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Information Technology or 4 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 2 years as a Scrum Master or in project management with Agile teams
Minimum of 3 years of financial services experience
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in improving software development processes
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent is a plus
Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required
