Manager – Scrum Master

Role Overview

• Carry out and facilitate Scrum events
• Remove impediments and promote collaboration
• Support the Product Owner and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure effective implementation of the Scrum framework
• Coach scrum masters and product owners on agile principles
• Develop budgets and resource planning strategy with team velocity
• Determine work capacity within project timelines
• Risk assessments including identification and mitigation strategies
• Establish scrum processes for backlog management and prioritization
• Forecast team capacity and delivery potential for future projects
• Help establish common language for team collaboration
• Improve team capacity and investigate potential bottlenecks

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of work experience
• Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
