About this role

Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive asset management plans for electrical infrastructure
Analyze condition assessment data, inspection reports, outage records, and performance metrics to assess asset health
Develop and maintain asset lifecycle models to support long-term planning and replacement planning
Develop probabilistic and consequence modeling to evaluate asset risk and recommend mitigation strategies
Support regulatory processes including the ISO-NE Asset Condition Reviewer process and Transmission Rate Protocols Process
Oversee management of Thermal Ratings (NX9) database and ISO-NE submittals
Collaborate with engineering, project management, operations, finance, regulatory, and planning teams

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
An Electrical Engineering degree is preferred
A minimum of ten (10) years of related experience in the technical, operational or engineering aspects of the electric utility industry
Supervisory experience is strongly preferred
Experience in one or more aspects of the job is required
Transmission experience is strongly preferred
Deep knowledge of electric transmission and distribution systems
Strong understanding of industry regulations, reliability standards, and risk modeling methodologies
Proficiency in data analytics tools and asset management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
