Role Overview
- Practice in Labor (Employment) law, both litigation (contencious) and advisory
- Support and evaluation of audits
- Prepare risk assessments together with the senior lawyer in the area
- Draft administrative defenses and prepare responses, pleadings and other legal documents
- Participate in calls with clients
Requirements
- Law degree
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Previous experience in Labor (Employment) law
- Advanced/Fluent English
