Functional Analyst, Mid-Level

Role Overview

• Elicit and conduct in-depth requirements analysis with business areas;
• Map, document and redesign AS-IS and TO-BE journey flows for service processes, proposing improvements;
• Produce clear, structured, and concise functional documentation for systems;
• Provide support to development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle, clarifying technical and functional questions;
• Support scope definition, prioritization and refinement with development squads;
• Monitor production deployments, validate functional test executions, and assist in risk mitigation;

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Analysis, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science or related fields;
• Solid experience in requirements analysis, functional documentation and process modeling;
• Ability to translate business rules into functional solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem;
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
