Senior Systems Analyst, ERP - Salesforce

Role Overview

• Responsible for implementing and sustaining solutions aligned with the guidelines defined together with technical leadership and developers.
• Contribute to the continuous evolution of processes by identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Participate in technical definition forums, supporting the team to propose solutions that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and best practices.
• Understand the design and implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Data Cloud, and system integrations: design and support the project team in implementing customized solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis or related fields.
• Experience as a Tech Lead in high-complexity projects.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Industries (Telecommunications) clouds, with practical expertise in metadata, data model, limits, integrations and security.
• Advanced knowledge of: Apex; LWC; Flows; performance tuning; security and governance (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Shield where applicable). Experience with multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with continuous delivery processes (environments, releases, CI/CD, Git, Salesforce DevOps).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in bug fixing and troubleshooting.
• Effective communication and ability to interact with different levels of the organization.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus, especially CRMA (Analytics), App Builder and CPQ.
• Intermediate English is considered an advantage.
