Develop and oversee implementation of a strategic territory plan to align partners and account team on territory growth strategy
Develop, manage, and grow a pipeline of sales opportunities with capable partners and distributors to drive sales revenue
Leverage NetApp and partner resources to create brand awareness and generate demand in assigned territory
Deliver NetApp strategy, vision, and messaging to customers, prospects and partners
Responsible for sales forecasting accuracy, linearity and operational hygiene to achieve business management excellence
Consistent track record of exceeding quota and driving net new business.
Requirements
3+ years of field technology sales with a focus on new logo acquisition, technology-driven selling, and business development.
Strong understanding of partner landscape in a specific territory
Broad exposure to a variety of data storage and cloud technologies/concepts
Highly organized and disciplined with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues within departments across functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, customer service and negotiation skills.
Located within assigned territory and able to cover a large number of customers virtually (call, meetings), via partners, as well as travel to visit local customers and partners
