- Create, consolidate, and manage KPIs for support efficiency and quality;
Requirements
- Ownership mindset: ability to take full responsibility for a key area within Gupy;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong critical thinking, and a customer-focused mindset;
- Advanced Excel;
- Availability for 6 hours per day, with flexible hours;
- Some experience with programming and/or website creation is a plus.
